We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Product arrived with a manufacturing defect;

  • Product received is different from what was ordered;

  • Order not received within the maximum delivery timeframe (with confirmed loss or delay).

⚠️ Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

  2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product if applicable.

  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days and offer a resolution: refund, reshipment, or store credit.


💸 Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Credit card payments: Refunds may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your bank.

  • Pix or bank transfer: The refund will be sent directly to the bank account provided by the customer.


❌ Cases Not Eligible for Refund

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage;

  • Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., "I didn’t like the color" or "I changed my mind") outside of the 7-day return period;

  • Requests made after the 7-day window following delivery.
